After spending over a decade in the hospitality industry where data was either unknown or ignored and another 6 years as a small business owner and consultant, James sought a formal education to help find solutions grounded in data. Upon discovering Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology, James decided to pursue a degree that could infuse data and current research while addressing the issues that affect overall organizational performance. Within the next six years, James earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology, his first master’s degree in I/O psychology, and a second master’s degree in hospitality administration.
During this time, James was introduced to the world of Workday®. As the single resource for one of the largest casino companies in the world, James immediately recognized how he could offer expert organizational insights. He could blend his past business and I/O experience with Workday’s® advanced reporting and dashboard functionalities.
Over the past ten years, James has worked on multiple projects with clients such as Cushman Wakefield, Pfizer, Bloomberg, Live Nation, Equifax, UTC, Credit Acceptance, Masco and University of Miami (OH) who represent a diverse set of industries and employee bases that span the globe.
